ASAP’s telephonic evaluations have become one of our fastest growing areas of service. Phone evaluations are customizable to meet the needs of the client. The common goal is to improve telephone skills and communication. These telephonic evaluation tools will assist in identifying areas of communication strengths and weaknesses.
The evaluation process frequently consists of an anonymous person calling the office to make an inquiry. The call is then recorded to ensure result accuracy. The anonymous caller will then complete the evaluation based on the client’s criteria and it will be forwarded along with the recording to the client. .Wave files are the standard means of forwarding audio recording; however, we are able to provide additional recording options. All information contained in these reports and call recordings is considered confidential. It is not ethical or legal, in most states, to record communication without prior notification. ASAP requires that the clients notify employees prior to the initiation of a project.
