Calling upon her 20 years of experience in strategic planning and corporate evaluations, Tracy founded ASAP to provide quality customized research services. Tracy founded ASAP in 2001 because as their tag line points out,"...good customer service just can't wait!" ASAP has quickly become one of the nation's premiere mystery shopping services, dedicated to providing quality service with a personal approach.
Ms. Pavlick has made many valuable contributions to the mystery shopping industry and has also established herself as a leader in the community. Through years of hard work and dedication, she has become a consumer advocate. Starting the business as a sole proprietor she is now an incorporated service provider, increasing gross profits over 1000% in 2004 alone. Tracy continues to devote her time to improving service quality and working to increase awareness of the service economy. With 2/3 of the national product being in the service industry, staying customer focused is the key to success. ASAP is a member of the Mystery Shopping Providers Association, MSPA, which is the largest professional trade association dedicated to improving service quality using anonymous resources. MSPA was formed with the goal of improving and stimulating the acceptance, performance, reputation, and use of mystery shopping. All MSPA members agree to uphold the highest standards of ethical, business and professional conduct in their work. In addition, ASAP is also a member of The National Center for Professional Mystery Shoppers & Merchandisers, the South Hills Chamber of Commerce and the Allegheny County Minority Business Enterprises.
